Dungeons and Dragons

the ink drawing

Dungeons and Dragons was a no-no for me when I was a kid, which made it all the more fun to play. I liked the ’80s cartoon for the same reason.

Gweeb the Frog is the ranger with the sweet lightning bow, Figgle the Wolf is the cavalier with the shield, and Buffaloaf the bear is the clumsy magician who frequently pulls danger from his hat.

Seems like almost everything in the 80’s was taboo… pretty fun decade.
I like your cartoon (and website–very cool.)

Hee hee, I like the finger on the nose smoke off. Nice action on Figgle, great negative spaces, and way fun overall!

Ha, I never knew that name for it before you wrote that and I googled it. I knew it as a snot-rocket, but Farmer Joe Blow is many more funny.
